Google will not approve a site it cannot identify or trust. The three it really looks for are About Us, Contact Us and a Privacy Policy that discloses how advertising cookies are used. A Cookie Policy is expected once you get EU or UK traffic, and Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer and DMCA are not strictly required but are standard on established sites and cost you nothing to add. Link all of them from your footer so the reviewer finds them straight away.
